Edit: I have been with this branch for 5 years. Nobody ever knows what is going on. It’s gotten progressively worse and worse. I was told I only needed to pay a past due amount of $400. So I did. I call back to pay my bill and am told that nobody knows what happened. I was told I’d get a call back, nope just some emails. Now I’m being told my $300-$420/mo bill has gone to $2100!! For a month! Because something wasn’t signed. The worst insurer in the world."

"I was looking for new auto insurance and was contacted by Ernesto Valladares. I was previously with Progressive and their quote was much higher than State Farm. I never had the personal contact from Progressive, as I had with Ernesto and State Farm. Every time I contacted Progressive, I spoke to a different agent. "It is an agency that when you call they answer you very friendly, you raise the problem and they tell you to call you back and it never happens, they sold me a supplementary health insurance that paid 42 dollars and did not help me reduce the payment of the insurance and a life one that saved me 6 dollars and I paid for the 52 and I did not need them, so please pay attention with them that they make you pay only for their benefit."
